Hopes are like fertiliser to the mind. They are directly proportional to the health. More hopeful the better your health is. With lot of negativity in  the world the graph of Hopes keeps going down and there is effort required to re-energise the hopes from time  to time

Hope generates motivation within and motivation gives way to good health.Being more hopeful is the best & can be achieved by following ways

Connect to God - When one  goes to TEMPLE/GURUDWARA/MOSQUE/CHURCH  you come out with re-energised hopes and that motivates and that helps to achieve your dreams & gives you good health.

Surround yourself with  people with POSITIVE  energy because they will help you to re-energise your hopes . Avoid people with negative attitude because they can sap your energy within no time and they will ensure that you are left with minimized hopes.

Be healthy - exercise your body because that is where hopes get re-energised faster.

Be in LOVE because that gives immense feeling of hopeful but the other aspect is that in a scenario of a breakup it leaves you hopeless !! So be careful when you are in love.

BUT BE HOPEFUL ALWAYS AND BE HAPPY !!
