Taking charge of our mind is vital in keeping the body healthy and getting rid of worries and fears life burdens us with. With the power of positive thinking you can be what you want to be and erase all the undesirable programs of your mind.
Affirmations:
Affrrmations or self suggestions are positive sentences that you repeat to your subconscious mind. For example if you want to be an early riser, then just keep repeating to yourself that you love waking up early and enjoy the benefits that come with it .Sooner or later you will actually start waking up early and start loving it! We, without realising, mentally repeat negative statements to ourselves; we tell ourselves that we cannot do something, that we are lazy or we believe we are going to fail. The subconscious mind always follows what we tell it., whether it is good or bad, so why not choose only positive statements?
Repeat these positive affirmations for ten minutes
Visualize: Creative visualization is the ability of our mind to see images of our dreams and make them come true. Whenever you want to achieve anything big or small just see yourself achieving it. Our thoughts and feelings and the pictures we carry in our mind, control our lives. By changing them we can literally change our life.
How to achieve positive visualization
(a) Sit in- a quiet place, deep breathe and relax your body
(b) Define your goal. It could be anything from losing weight to heading a multinational
(c) See in your mind a detailed image of what you desire
(d) Picture yourself achieving what you desire. For example if you want to move into a bigger house then visualize yourself living in a palatial house
(e) Practice at least twice a day, about 10 minutes each time
Think Positive: A positive mind anticipates health, happiness, peace, and successful outcomes of every situation. Each time you get a negative thought, try to replace it with a positive one. Eventually it will become a habit and your mind will automatically ignore negative thoughts. Remember negative thinking, stress, fear, worry and anger hurt our body as under these conditions the body releases toxins, which affect it adversely. Positive thinking, happiness, love and confidence heal and strengthen the body.

Happiness is a feeling of elation, inner peace and satisfaction. We usually feel happy when we do something that we love or wiri something that we value. But what do you do when things don't seem to be going your way? Here are a few tips on how to make happiness a habit:
Always look at the positive side of every situation. Just remember that things could be worse.
Think of solutions and not the problems.
Focus on what is good in your life rather than what is bad. Think positive and pleasant thoughts as much as possible. Always look at what you have done and not at what you haven't
Spend at least 20 min a day doing what you love--Iistening to music, playing a sport, dancing, cooking or reading.
Your thoughts can determine who you are. So 'think happy!' Just keep repeating to yourself that you are basically a happy and a cheerful person and trust me soon enough you will actually stop looking for reasons to feel good.
Last but not the least, SMILE. Don't wait for reasons, just do it and see how wonderful you feel.

Depression, Hatred, Failure, Illness, Disease, Jealousy, Misunderstanding, Problem
Instead of telling problem, you should say challenge.
Words are very powerful. Use words properly. That's called "power of spoken words",as you keep on repeating the same words again and again, as if you apply energy/force to the word & it starts multiplying & the effects manifest in your Life.
